HR Consultant

My client is a well established and growing HR consultancy based in Cornwall, and they are looking to appoint an experienced HR Consultant to join their team on a hybrid basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident HR professional who enjoys working autonomously, managing a varied caseload, and building trusted relationships with clients.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• CIPD Level 5 qualified or above

• Strong Employee Relations experience, including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management and absence management

• Excellent working knowledge of UK employment law

• The ability to manage their own workload and work independently

• Strong communication and relationship building skills

• Previous consultancy experience would be advantageous but is not essential

Key Responsibilities

• Providing practical and commercially focused HR advice to clients

• Managing a wide range of Employee Relations cases

• Supporting clients with HR policies, procedures and best practice

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

• Delivering a high quality HR service across a varied client portfolio
