Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and initial orientation.
- Assist in the administration of recruitment activities, such as scheduling interviews and posting jobs.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing correspondence and reports.
- Respond to basic employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Help coordinate HR-related events and training sessions.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role is desirable.
- Basic understanding of HR principles and UK employment law.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
