About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyse HR data from various sources to identify trends and patterns.
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track key metrics such as turnover, headcount, and employee engagement.
• Interpret data to provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning, talent management, and employee retention strategies.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand their data needs and provide relevant analytical support.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity, adhering to data protection and privacy regulations.
• Automate reporting processes where possible to improve efficiency and timeliness.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Familiarity with HR principles, metrics, and terminology.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets.
• Strong communication skills to present complex data and insights clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with HRIS systems is required.
