You will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and reporting on various HR metrics, including workforce demographics, employee engagement, turnover, and talent acquisition effectiveness. Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyse HR data from various sources to identify trends and patterns.
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track key HR metrics and KPIs.
• Provide insights and recommendations to HR leadership and business stakeholders based on data analysis.
• Support the design and evaluation of HR programs and initiatives using data-driven methodologies.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices in people analytics and HR technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related analytical field.
• Proven experience as an HR Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Excel, Python, R).
• Experience with HRIS systems and HR reporting tools.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and metrics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data simply.
• Experience working in a remote environment is preferred.
