Key Responsibilities

• Manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring all processes are handled efficiently and compliantly.
• Provide guidance and support to employees and line managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives, including recruitment, training, and employee engagement programs.
• Handle employee relations issues, conducting investigations and recommending appropriate resolutions.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR information systems, ensuring data integrity.
• Support the HR team in developing and delivering HR projects and operational improvements.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a broad HR Generalist role, demonstrating a solid understanding of core HR functions.
• Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in HR information systems and standard office software.
