HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert HR advice and support to employees and line managers on a range of HR matters.
• Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures, in line with best practices.
• Oversee and contribute to the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires across the organization.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and promote a positive work environment.
• Support performance management processes and identify training and development needs.
• Utilize HR information systems (HRIS) to maintain accurate employee data and generate HR reports.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a HR Generalist role, with a strong understanding of all core HR functions.
• In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and its application.
• Experience in managing employee relations and conducting investigations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively independently in a remote setting .
