Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to employees and managers across the organization.
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a positive experience for all candidates.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Contribute to performance management processes and talent development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a broad HR Generalist role, with a strong understanding of HR best practices.
- Knowledge of UK employment law and its practical application.
- Experience in handling employee relations, recruitment, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a hybrid environment.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
