About the Role
Our client is seeking a versatile and experienced HR Generalist to join their team, operating on a hybrid basis in Cambridge . This role will provide broad HR support across various disciplines, including employee relations, talent management, and HR policy implementation. You will work closely with management and employees to ensure effective HR practices are maintained, contributing to a positive and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive HR support to employees and managers on a daily basis.
- Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary procedures, and grievance handling.
- Support recruitment activities, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Contribute to talent management initiatives, such as performance reviews and training programs.
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate HR reports as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an HR Generalist or HR Advisor role.
- Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience in managing employee relations and HR administration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport easily.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) is advantageous.
