About the Role
Our client is looking for a resourceful and experienced HR Generalist to provide comprehensive HR support across their organisation, operating in a fully remote capacity. This role is key to ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures, supporting employee relations, and contributing to various HR initiatives. You will act as a key point of contact for employees and managers, offering guidance and support on a wide range of HR matters. Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
- Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance management processes.
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and new hires.
- Administer HR processes such as payroll support, benefits administration, and absence management.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR projects focused on employee engagement, development, and wellbeing.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
- Solid understanding of UK employment law and best practices in HR.
- Experience in managing employee relations and supporting recruitment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
