About the Role
Our client is actively seeking a versatile and experienced HR Generalist to join their team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to contribute to the organisation's HR functions from anywhere within the UK. You will be responsible for providing a broad range of HR support, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration, ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies. This role is ideal for a self-motivated HR professional who thrives in a remote setting and is adept at managing diverse HR responsibilities independently, fostering a positive employee experience regardless of location.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive HR support and advice to employees and managers across the organisation, operating remotely.
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary matters, and performance concerns.
- Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and offer management.
- Administer onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for all employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures and contribute to HR projects as required.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role.
- Thorough knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to manage employee relations issues effectively.
- Experience with HRIS systems and strong administrative skills.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously.
