About the Role

Our client is looking for a seasoned and strategic HR Manager to lead their Human Resources function in Cambridge . This is a key leadership role responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support the company's growth and foster a positive, productive work environment. You will oversee all HR operations, including talent management, employee relations, and compliance, working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure HR practices align with business objectives and company values.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with UK employment law and best practices across all HR operations.

Requirements

• Significant experience in an HR management or leadership role.
• Deep understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing HR for a growing or dynamic organization.
• CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent advanced certification.
