About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources operations in Leicester . You will play a pivotal role in shaping our HR strategies, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive work environment that attracts and retains top talent. This position requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, who can manage day-to-day HR functions while contributing to long-term organizational development. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing HR policies and initiatives that align with our business objectives and support our growing workforce, working collaboratively with senior leadership and departmental managers to address HR-related challenges and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive HR policies and procedures across the organization.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, ensuring fair and consistent practices.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with UK employment law.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including performance management and conflict resolution.
- Ensure adherence to all statutory employment legislation and best practice guidelines.
- Develop and deliver HR training programs to enhance employee skills and management capabilities.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR generalist role, preferably within the UK.
- Solid understanding of UK employment law, HR best practices, and HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- CIPD qualification is highly desirable.
- Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that support business growth and employee engagement.
