Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead their Human Resources function in Leicester . Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies, policies, and procedures across the organization.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process , attracting and retaining top talent.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
- Drive performance management initiatives, supporting employee development and career progression.
- Ensure compliance with all UK employment laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date HR records.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR generalist role.
- In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and best HR practices.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition , employee engagement, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent professional certification is highly desirable.
