HR Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee all human resources operations and ensure seamless HR functions within their Aberdeen office. You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's objectives, fostering a positive and productive work environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead HR initiatives, support employee development, and contribute to the overall success of the organization, working collaboratively with senior management and departmental heads to address diverse HR needs. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with UK employment law.
• Manage the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.
• Oversee payroll administration, benefits programs, and employee relations matters.
• Provide strategic HR guidance and support to senior management and line managers.
• Drive initiatives focused on employee engagement, talent development, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR generalist role, ideally within the UK.
• Solid understanding of UK employment law, HR best practices, and HRIS systems.
• Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent professional certification is highly desirable.
