About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources operations in Aberdeen . You will be instrumental in shaping the employee experience, driving talent acquisition, and supporting employee development. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies, procedures, and initiatives across the employee lifecycle.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
- Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, and fostering a culture of open communication and respect.
- Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and ensure accurate HR record-keeping.
- Provide guidance and support to management on HR-related matters, including performance management and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with all current employment legislation and best practices in the UK.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar senior HR role.
- Solid understanding of UK employment law, HR best practices, and HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies effectively.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent is highly desirable.
