Our client is recruiting a conscientious and knowledgeable HR Officer to focus on Compliance and Policy within their operations in Derby, Derbyshire . This role is vital for ensuring the organisation adheres to all relevant employment legislation and maintains up-to-date, robust HR policies and procedures. You will work closely with the HR team and legal counsel to monitor changes in employment law, update internal policies, and conduct compliance audits. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor changes in UK employment law and advise on their implications for company policies and practices.
- Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practice.
