About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly organised and efficient HR Operations Manager to lead their Human Resources operations in Glasgow . This critical role ensures the smooth running of all HR administrative functions, systems, and processes, supporting the wider HR strategy and business objectives. You will be responsible for managing HR data, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional attention to detail and a strong understanding of HR systems and processes. This position is integral to providing a reliable and effective HR service to all employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including HR administration, payroll, and benefits.
- Ensure the accurate and timely processing of all HR data, maintaining the HRIS system effectively.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with UK employment law and company standards.
- Manage the administration of employee benefits, pensions, and statutory leave entitlements.
- Liaise with external providers for payroll processing, benefits management, and HR system support.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within HR operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Proven experience in HR operations management or a senior HR administrative role, with a strong focus on process and compliance.
- In-depth knowledge of UK payroll, benefits administration, and employment law regulations.
- Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and other HR technology platforms.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
