HR Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist

Focus Resourcing is seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to support Recruitment and Onboarding processes. This role is Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm, with a salary of 29,000–30,000 per annum. No hybrid working.

You will act as the main contact for applicants, manage end-to-end recruitment, arrange interviews, assist with onboarding, ensure compliance, complete pre-employment checks, and respond to HR enquiries while supporting HR projects.
