Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and disputes.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and employment law.
• Conduct investigations into employee complaints and allegations fairly and impartially.
• Develop and deliver training on employee relations best practices for managers.
• Contribute to the review and update of HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.
• Support organisational change initiatives by providing ER expertise.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Specialist with a strong focus on Employee Relations .
• In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and ER case management.
• Experience conducting investigations and mediating disputes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain impartial and handle sensitive situations with confidentiality.
• CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) is essential.
