About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Install, set up, and test new HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, furnaces, and ventilation equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and installation manuals to ensure correct placement and configuration.
• Perform modifications to existing ductwork and pipe systems as required for new installations.
• Ensure all work complies with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Educate customers on the operation and maintenance of their new HVAC systems.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience as an HVAC Technician , with a focus on installation.
• Familiarity with various types of HVAC equipment and control systems.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools common in the trade.
• A strong understanding of refrigeration cycles and electrical wiring for HVAC units.
• Possession of a valid driving license for travel around Manchester and surrounding regions.
