About the Role
Our client is actively recruiting for a skilled HVAC Maintenance Engineer to join their facilities management team in Belfast . This role is crucial for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across various commercial properties. You will be instrumental in maintaining a comfortable and safe environment for occupants, upholding our client's standards of excellence in building services throughout Northern Ireland .
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems.
- Diagnose and repair faults in refrigeration, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment.
- Perform system checks, clean filters, and ensure efficient operation of all components.
- Maintain accurate service logs and report on system performance and repair needs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Requirements
- Relevant certification or qualification in HVAC engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in maintaining and repairing commercial HVAC systems.
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles, electrical controls, and airflow management.
- Ability to work independently and manage a demanding schedule.
- Full driving license and willingness to travel to sites across Belfast and beyond.
