Hybrid Bid & Proposals Lead | High-Impact Contracts

ALTEN LTD - UK in London is seeking a proactive Bid and Offer Manager to lead high-quality bids and help win contracts. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, shape value propositions, and ensure timely delivery of compelling proposals.

The role requires solid project management, English fluency, strong writing and presentation skills, and the ability to persuade stakeholders. You will report to Senior Bid Manager and work 2–3 days weekly at our Central London head office.
