Strategic Bid Manager — Lead High-Impact Proposals Flexible

Kier Group is seeking a Senior Bid Manager to join its Strategic Projects team on a national remit with travel to main city hubs. This role focuses on shaping bids across health, defence, justice and borders, science & technology, and higher education sectors, beyond traditional bid management.

You will lead complex pursuits, develop win strategies, manage bid programmes, and mentor other bid managers, collaborating with internal and external partners to deliver industry-leading proposals.
