Hybrid Fundraising & Training Operations Lead

Solent Mind is seeking a Senior Fundraising and Training Administrator to provide essential support across our Fundraising and Training teams in Southampton with some home working.

You will lead on financial administration, income processing and reconciliation, maintain CRM records, and deliver high-quality administrative support for donors, supporters and training customers. The role is permanent, 26 hours per week across four days, with DBS checks as part of recruitment.
