Hybrid In-House Childcare Public Law Advocate

South London Legal Partnership (SLLP) is recruiting an experienced childcare advocate to join its Social Care and Education Team. This in-house role focuses on high-quality public law advocacy and child protection decision-making, with hybrid working and a minimum in-office presence in Merton.

You will represent local authorities in Family Court, handle CMHs/IRHs/final hearings, and contribute as a trusted subject matter expert across the service.
