Hybrid Settlements Operations Specialist

Rullion Ltd. is seeking a proactive Settlements Operations Specialist in Solihull for a 3-month PAYE contract. Office-based initially with the option to move to a hybrid model, 37 hours per week, start ASAP.

You will support settlement processes for I&C customers, cleanse data, resolve faults, and ensure accurate settlement and billing. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, review tickets in Junifer, drive process improvements, and maintain documentation to meet industry
