Hybrid Talent Acquisition Specialist (6-Month)

Serco is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a 6-month fixed-term contract in Solihull, with hybrid working attached to Homer Road. This hands-on role supports a broad portfolio across Finance, HR, Growth, Legal and Communications, operating with autonomy in a busy in‑house TA team.

You will manage 20–35 live vacancies, coordinate interviews and onboarding, and work with ATS platforms such as Phenom, Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter to deliver a smooth candidate journey.
