Hybrid Transformation & Governance Consultant

Nationwide is seeking a Transformation & Governance Consultant to drive governance, risk management and transformation initiatives across the function. You will provide consultancy, analysis and governance expertise to shape frameworks and support critical decision-making.

This is a 12‑month secondment with hybrid working across our Swindon and London offices. You will work with senior leaders and executive stakeholders to strengthen governance and risk culture while delivering the programme
