Hybrid UK Payroll Manager – 12-Month FTC

Alexander Mae HR is recruiting a Payroll Manager to own end-to-end UK payroll across multiple payrolls in a maternity cover 12-month fixed term contract. You will lead a small payroll team, ensuring timely, accurate pay while complying with UK payroll legislation.

The role sits in a Bristol-based finance team with hybrid working (2–3 days in the office). You will collaborate with HR and Finance, drive process improvements and deliver high-quality payroll service.
