Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning and sanitization of specified areas, including washrooms, kitchens, and common spaces.
- Deep clean floors, surfaces, and fixtures as per the cleaning schedule.
- Manage waste collection and disposal, adhering to recycling policies.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is used correctly and maintained in good condition.
- Stock and replenish hygiene supplies such as hand soap, paper towels, and toilet rolls.
- Identify and report any health and safety concerns or maintenance issues to the supervisor.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a hygiene or cleaning role is preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Awareness of health and safety regulations, including COSHH.
- Physical fitness suitable for cleaning duties, which may involve bending, stooping, and light lifting.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
