Impact Measurement Analyst

About the Role

Our client is seeking a data-driven and analytical Impact Measurement Analyst to join their team, working remotely from anywhere in the UK. This role is vital for understanding and articulating the tangible difference our client makes in the communities they serve. You will be responsible for developing frameworks, collecting data, and analyzing results to demonstrate the effectiveness and impact of our charitable programmes. Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust frameworks for measuring social impact and programme outcomes.
• Collect, clean, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from various programme sources.
• Develop clear and compelling reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate impact findings to diverse stakeholders.
• Provide evidence-based recommendations for programme improvement and strategic planning.
• Stay abreast of best practices and emerging trends in impact measurement and evaluation within the non-profit sector.
• Collaborate with programme teams to integrate data collection and analysis into their workflows.

Requirements

• Proven experience in impact measurement, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), or data analysis, preferably within the non-profit sector.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative data analysis skills, with proficiency in statistical software and data visualization tools.
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into accessible insights.
• Familiarity with various M&E methodologies and frameworks.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects effectively in a remote setting.
