Impact Measurement Analyst

About the Role

Our client is seeking a meticulous and analytical Impact Measurement Analyst to join their remote team and help quantify the positive change they create. This role is critical for understanding and communicating the effectiveness of our client's programs and initiatives. You will be responsible for designing and implementing robust methodologies to measure social impact, collecting and analyzing data, and generating insightful reports for stakeholders. This is an ideal opportunity for an analyst who is passionate about the charity sector and wants to drive data-informed decision-making from a fully remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine frameworks for measuring and evaluating social impact across various programs.
• Design and implement data collection tools and methodologies, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Collect, clean, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data related to program outcomes and beneficiary experiences.
• Prepare comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations that communicate impact findings to internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to program teams for continuous improvement and strategic planning.
• Stay abreast of best practices and emerging trends in impact measurement and social return on investment (SROI) analysis.

Requirements

• Proven experience in impact measurement , M&E (Monitoring and Evaluation), or data analysis, preferably within the non-profit sector.
• Strong analytical and statistical skills, with proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R, Python, Excel).
• Experience in designing surveys, questionnaires, and other data collection instruments.
• Excellent report writing and data visualization skills.
• A deep understanding of social impact concepts and the challenges of measuring change in the charity & voluntary sector.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
