Impact Measurement Analyst

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement methodologies for measuring and evaluating program impact across various projects.
• Collect, clean, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data related to program outcomes in Bristol .
• Prepare comprehensive impact reports, presentations, and case studies for internal and external audiences.
• Collaborate with program teams to integrate impact measurement into program design and delivery.
• Stay abreast of best practices and emerging trends in impact measurement and social return on investment (SROI).

Requirements

• Proven experience in impact measurement, evaluation, or data analysis, ideally within the non-profit sector.
• Strong analytical and statistical skills, with proficiency in data analysis software.
• Experience in designing data collection tools and frameworks.
• Excellent report writing and communication skills.
