Impactful IPS Employment Specialist

Waythrough is hiring an IPS Employment Specialist in Carlisle & Penrith to help clients find and sustain paid work using the IPS model. You will assess skills and goals, build employer relationships, and support individuals through job search, interviews, and workplace settlement.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team to integrate employment into recovery journeys, celebrate achievements, and promote independence and financial stability for clients.
