IPS Employment Specialist: Help People Thrive in Work

Waythrough in Carlisle and Penrith is seeking an IPS Employment Specialist to help clients find and sustain paid employment using the IPS model. You will work with clients to understand skills and goals while building relationships with employers to create opportunities.

This permanent, full-time role blends coaching, advocacy and multidisciplinary teamwork, supporting people through job search, interviews, workplace adjustments and long-term recovery on their recovery journey.
