Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including software licensing and service agreements.

• Manage litigation and dispute resolution, liaising with external counsel when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and corporate policies.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with 3-5 years' experience, ideally with a mix of private practice and in-house exposure.
• Strong understanding of commercial law, IP, and employment law.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex legal issues clearly.
• Proactive approach to risk management and problem-solving.
