Key Responsibilities

• Review and advise on the legal implications of business contracts and commercial agreements.

• Assist in the management of intellectual property portfolios and brand protection.

Requirements

• Law degree and qualification to practice law in the UK.
• At least 5 years of relevant legal experience, ideally with some in-house exposure.
• Demonstrated ability in drafting and negotiating various types of commercial agreements.
• Knowledge of employment law, corporate law, and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a client-focused approach.
