In-House Legal Advisor - Corporate Law

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and company secretarial duties.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements and legal documentation.
• Manage legal risk and provide proactive legal solutions to business challenges.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with substantial experience in corporate law.
• Proven expertise in corporate finance, M&A, and company law.
• Experience working in-house or advising corporate clients is essential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach within the Oxford office.
