About the Role

Our client is seeking a diligent In-House Solicitor with a focus on Corporate Law and Compliance to join their fully remote legal team. You will be essential in ensuring adherence to all applicable laws and regulations, managing corporate governance, and providing timely legal advice to various departments. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the company's corporate governance framework and statutory obligations.
• Draft, review, and advise on commercial agreements, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and industry standards.
• Provide legal support on corporate transactions, restructurings, and financing activities.
• Conduct legal research and provide clear, concise advice on complex legal issues.
• Assist in managing the company's litigation portfolio and dispute resolution processes.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
• Solid understanding of corporate law, company secretarial duties, and compliance matters.
• Experience in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
