About the Role

Our client requires a diligent and reliable Industrial Cleaner to join their team in Birmingham . This role is essential for maintaining the operational efficiency and safety of industrial facilities by ensuring all areas are kept clean and free from hazards. You will be responsible for specialized cleaning tasks in production environments, warehouses, and associated areas. The ideal candidate will have experience with industrial cleaning equipment and a strong understanding of workplace safety protocols, contributing to a consistently high standard of operational hygiene in a demanding setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and specialized cleaning of industrial machinery, equipment, floors, and surfaces.
• Safely handle and dispose of industrial waste, chemicals, and hazardous materials according to regulations.
• Operate and maintain industrial cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, pressure washers, and vacuum systems.
• Adhere strictly to all health and safety guidelines and company policies during cleaning operations.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the relevant supervisor immediately.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment for all personnel.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an industrial cleaner or in a similar hands-on cleaning role.
• Proficiency in operating various industrial cleaning machinery and tools.
