Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize automated manufacturing systems and processes.
• Evaluate existing operations for opportunities to implement robotics, AI, and other automation technologies.
• Develop technical specifications for automation equipment and systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on the integration and deployment of automated solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automated systems and machinery.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for automation projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in industrial engineering with a specialization in automation or robotics.
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, or managing automated systems.
• Familiarity with PLC programming, robotics, and control systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid capacity in Cambridge .
