Senior Industrial Process Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and optimization of industrial processes, focusing on efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
• Implement and manage lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies across production operations.
• Analyze process data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement, recommending data-driven solutions.
• Oversee the design, selection, and implementation of new manufacturing equipment and technologies.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including SOPs, P&IDs, and FMEAs.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineering staff.

Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in industrial process engineering .
• Expertise in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt certification preferred) and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in simulation and data analysis tools.
• Experience with automation, robotics, and advanced manufacturing technologies is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
