Key Responsibilities

• Analyze production systems and processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Design and implement efficient factory layouts, workflows, and material handling systems.

• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure successful implementation of improvement initiatives.
• Conduct time studies and develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) to document best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in an industrial engineering or process improvement role.
• Working knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques and tools.
• Proficiency in data analysis and process mapping software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
