Industrial Engineer - Process Improvement

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare reports and presentations for management outlining findings, recommendations, and the expected impact of implemented changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a closely related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in industrial engineering or a process improvement-focused role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab).
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
• Experience with process simulation software is a plus.
