About The Role
Reporting to the Manufacturing Strategy and CI Director, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement, through Lean Manufacturing and Factory Physics Principles, on days.

Reporting to the Manufacturing Strategy and CI Director, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement, through Lean Manufacturing and Factory Physics Principles, on days.
What You Will Do
- Identify Opportunities for Improvement and Project Manage the introduction on new Manufacturing Systems and procedures to enhance the Fab’s operational performance.
- Understand and Improve OEE performance and be able to drive Throughput improvement programmes
- Work with Cross Module teams to implement new procedures and Manufacturing systems.
- Project Manage Small and Large cross functional Teams.
- Speed Modelling + Throughput analysis.
What You Will Need
- Excel knowledge
- Data oriented
- Ideally Green or Black Belt Qualified - advantage
- Industrial Engineering Methodologies – advantage (Implementation and Analysis)
- 5S – Working Knowledge if Improvement program.
- Manufacturing Managements and performance Improvement program working knowledge,
- Project Management/ Leadership Experience - advantage
