Industrial Engineer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse current manufacturing processes, identifying inefficiencies and proposing practical solutions for improvement.
• Develop and implement optimised workflow layouts, production schedules, and material handling systems.
• Support the implementation of lean manufacturing principles, including Kaizen events and waste reduction initiatives.
• Collect and analyse production data to track performance against established metrics and goals.
• Assist in the design and testing of new equipment and process modifications.
• Collaborate with operations, quality, and maintenance personnel to ensure smooth process execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering , Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing engineering environment.
• Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing concepts and tools.
• Familiarity with process mapping, data analysis, and CAD software.
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
