About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze production workflows and operational data to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing and logistical operations.
• Collaborate with production teams to implement lean manufacturing principles and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• 2-4 years of experience in an Industrial Engineering role.
• Good understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with process mapping, data analysis, and basic simulation techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
