Industrial Engineer

About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and skilled Industrial Engineer to join their operational team. This role is dedicated to optimizing production processes, enhancing workflow efficiency, and ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing lines. You will be instrumental in analyzing current systems, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing practical solutions that contribute to increased productivity and reduced operational costs. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze production processes, identify bottlenecks, and recommend solutions for improvement.
• Design and implement efficient plant layouts and material flow systems.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all manufacturing operations.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve productivity.
• Collect and analyze production data to monitor performance and identify trends.
• Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in an industrial engineering or manufacturing role.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing concepts and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work effectively on-site and collaborate with production teams.
