Industrial Engineer

About the Role

You will work closely with manufacturing teams to identify areas for improvement, design solutions, and ensure their successful implementation. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze production workflows, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions for improved efficiency and throughput.
• Design and implement lean manufacturing initiatives, including 5S, Kaizen events, and value stream mapping.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for various production tasks.
• Conduct time studies and ergonomic assessments to optimize workspace design and employee safety.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity, quality, and cost, and report on progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in an industrial engineering or process improvement role.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and tools.
• Familiarity with data analysis and process mapping software.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities, capable of working effectively in a hybrid setting.
