About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Industrial Engineering Lead to join their team in Southampton . Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of industrial engineers, fostering their professional growth.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for process optimization and operational efficiency improvements.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and validation of new manufacturing processes and systems.
• Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional departments to align engineering initiatives with business objectives.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
• Analyze performance data, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions to optimize output.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering , with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Proven track record in implementing lean manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives with measurable results.
• Strong expertise in process simulation, CAD, and statistical analysis tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience in resource planning and budget management.
